What happens after the order is placed?
After purchasing product online you will instantly receive your invoice and purchase confirmation. The purchase confirmation email contains all necessary information to download and activate your product.
How to pay by purchase order?
- On the order page select "Purchase Order" in the "Payment Method" field and place an order
- You will receive a proforma invoice and the document to complete your order
- Fill in the necessary information in the document
- Sign and attach your company purchase order to the document and fax it to our head office in Toronto, Canada at: +1-866-724-3925 (USA/Canada), +1-416-981-7818 (International). PAYPRO GLOBAL, INC. needs to be listed as the supplier on your original purchase order.
Upon receiving and clearing your payment our team will complete your order and send a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Purchase Orders can be paid using Mail (Credit Card Details, Check, Money Order, Cashier Check), Phone (credit card), Wire Payment or Bank Transfer.
How to pay by wire transfer?
- On the order page select "Wire Transfer" in the "Payment Method" field and place an order
- You will receive an email with the necessary information to complete your order
- In order to complete your purchase, please review your order information and contact your bank to transfer the amount to our account. Our team will complete your order and send a confirmation email within 2 business days after receiving the payment. There is no need to take further action until you have received this confirmation e-mail from us.
How to pay by check/cash/money order?
- On the order page select "Check / Cash" in the "Payment Method" field and place an order
- You will receive an email with the necessary information to complete your order
- In order to complete your purchase, please review you order information and mail your payment to our head office in Toronto, Canada.
How to complete a phone order?
- On the order page select "Phone Order" in the "Payment Method" field and place an order
- In order to complete your purchase, please review you order information, have your credit card ready and call us at +1-866-933-4313 (USA/Canada), +1(646)873-6857 (International).
Do I have to pay sales tax?
PayPro Global, Inc. is a Canadian corporation and is required to collect GST/HST in Canada.
Do I have to pay VAT?
PayPro collects VAT from all EU consumers who do not have a valid VAT ID for electronically delivered products. The collected VAT is paid directly to the relevant national authorities.
Is your order page secure?
PayPro is PCI DSS Certified (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). PCI DSS is the most important security standard for the card payment industry. All transactions are made using a SSL connection (128 bytes) provided by Verisign. The data sent from your browser to PayPro servers is always encrypted. PayPro servers are certified McAfee Secure and scanned daily by ScanAlert for known vulnerabilities.
Why do you ask for personal information?
All information included in the order form is requested in order to prepare the invoice and to be able to send you all data regarding the order and delivery.
